science........

Well science is my LEAST favorite of all my classes.... I never really liked science I have mr nanstad period 6 and I like how we get to sit by our friends and work together because then it hellps you understand when a peer you get along with is explainig it to you. I also like doing the chalenges because we get to know what we are doing and just work the whole class apaused to sitting and listening to the teacher for an hour.... my favorite science teacher was mrs Skallos in 6th grade she should move out here! right now were doing hurican house hope mine works!!!:)

I dont really know what else to write about on social norms i still want to have a blog on smoking with social norms but the lady said she was going to be comming in once in a while to see how everythings going and to help us but she hasnt come in yet.......

well at our school they are doing a most of us campaign type thing. where we took surveys and they got the statistics of how many of us are alchoal drug and tobacco free and guess what, most of us are! well the kids in DFY are doing the activites and handing out candy and stuff so if you have any questions you can ask Alexa or Gretchen or Paige or anyone else wearing one of the shirts with percentages on them.

you can get hypnotized to quit smoking There are a couple of ways that you can use hypnosis to stop smoking Self-hypnosis or Hypnotherapy by a certified hypnotherapist  it sounds odd but my moms friends both went a got hypnotized to quit smoking and  it worked for them it may not work for everyone but its worth a shot!

Its Never To Late To Quit

If you smoke, it's not too late to make a change. To quit you must break your addiction to nicotine and your habit of smoking. Your habit is your  behavior such as getting out of school and smoking a cigarette. Do you know someone trying to quit? are you trying to quit? please commment.
